Case Study

One week to a foundation for growth

LUCI brought Tachi Palace’s bingo hall alive in one week — eight LED video walls, every audio zone, and an immersive bingo room on one interface. The foundation for the rest of the resort.

The challenge

Tachi wanted to upgrade their massive bingo hall — a huge draw for locals — with eight LED to bring the room to life.

The approach

Eight LED walls hung and tuned, racks of legacy gear pulled and replaced with LUCI, and every audio zone wired for full control.

The result

The LED walls are now live, with easy orchestration through LUCI that allows the team to create immersive winner moments and an improved guest experience.

The hall they had

The bingo hall was already one of Tachi Palace’s biggest draws — an established gathering place that brought locals back again and again. Tachi saw an opportunity to build on that success with a more immersive experience.

Eight open wall bays offered room to make every game and winner moment feel larger. By adding LED, coordinated audio, and unified control, the property could give the hall new energy without changing what already made it special.

A week of hands-on work

LUCI’s approach was consolidation — done by hand, on site, in one week.

The team hung and aligned all eight LED walls, tiled and pixel-mapped each one, and fine-tuned them until every panel displayed picture-perfect. Then they wired the room through LUCI: pulling out racks of legacy gear, installing LUCI in its place, encoding and programming each box, and testing and tuning every audio zone for full control.

Before they left, they sat down with Tachi’s team and trained them to run the room from the LUCI interface — and LUCI stays on for ongoing support as the rest of the resort comes onto the platform.

One interface. Every wall.

Before LUCI, running the hall meant hunting for which player controlled which zone, switching walls one at a time, and guessing at audio levels. Now every wall, every zone, and every preset lives behind one login — search, select, send.

Tachi’s team also now has the ability to establish presets for the room. They can configure LUCI so that, when someone calls bingo, one preset fires the whole room — eight LED walls switch to the winner graphic, the audio shifts, and the immersive experience plays across every surface.

Consolidation you can see

  • Legacy racks → simplified LUCI stack

Pulled out and replaced with a simplified LUCI stack — less equipment to power, cool, and maintain.

  • Separate controls → one interface

Eight LED walls and every audio zone now run from one LUCI interface.

  • Audio zone guesswork → one map

Every audio zone mapped in one place — staff no longer hunt for which player controls which zone.

  • Future rollouts → same platform

Bingo hall on LUCI first; other spaces plug into the same platform — no second install to stand up.

“Working with LUCI was smooth and easy, the team worked well together and with us completing the 8 LED Video Walls and all of the Casino Audio all in one week. Great Job Team!”

One LUCI platform

Every wall, every zone, every preset — one interface.

Built for the moves ahead

The bingo hall is just the start.

  • Run it from anywhere. In addition to the bingo hall, audio, signage, and every screen will eventually live in one LUCI interface the team can reach from any authorized device — an iPad on the floor, a laptop, a phone, onsite or offsite.
  • Racks of gear, gone. LUCI consolidated the room’s hardware down to a simplified stack — less equipment to power, cool, and maintain.
  • Ready for the rest of the resort. As other spaces come onto LUCI, they join the platform already running the bingo hall — no second install, no parallel system to stand up.

By bringing the bingo hall onto LUCI, Tachi Palace turned one room into a foundation the whole resort can grow onto.
